CONFERENCE CENTRE - BOOKING INFORMATION
DEPOSIT
A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm the conference. Lindale Lodge reserves the right to re-sell the venue until such deposit is received.
CHARGING POLICY
Final attendee numbers/catering requirements must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event and are the minimum number charged for on the account. All conference and event charges are payable on the day.
CANCELLATION / CHARGING POLICIES
Cancellation of any event less than 7 days will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the event total. Not showing-up will incur the full costs had the event gone ahead.
DAMAGE POLICY
I/We accept responsibility for any loss/theft or damage to the property of Lindale Lodge Motel and Conference Centre by any person associated with our event.
SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort of all our guests Lindale Lodge Motel & Conference Centre Complex is Smoke Free.
